Help for Homeowners

Ultrimal Investment may be able to help make your mortgage more affordable. The United States Treasury Department recently introduced two initiatives as part of the Homeowner Affordability and Stability Plan to help struggling homeowners, as follows:


  • Home Affordable Refinance Program:1 This program is for homeowners with a low level of equity in their home or who owe more than their home is worth (this refinancing program may be available for some mortgages serviced by Ultrimal Investment and, in certain instances, for loans not currently serviced by Ultrimal Investment)
  • Home Affordable Modification Program:1 This program works to lower the payments of homeowners at risk of losing their home (this modification program may be available for certain mortgages serviced by Ultrimal Investment)
